Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Yes. The organization, having paid the additional state fees, is entitled to make the appropriate changes.

Question 2. How many days does the RA State Register of Legal Entities carry out the registration (re-registration)?

According to Part 2 of Article 14 of the RA Law "On Public Organizations", after submitting all the necessary documents to the state registry agency of legal entities, no later than within ten working days, the agency is obliged to perform the state registration of the organization or to reject the state registration. According to paragraph 3 of the same article, "If a person uses sample forms of documents when submitting documents to the agency, registration is carried out within two working days."
