Question 1. To which body is the data required for registration and re-registration submitted?

The necessary data for registration and re-registration are submitted to the Agency of the State Register of Legal Entities of the RA, address: Armenia, 0051, Yerevan, Komitas Ave., 49/3 building, 9th floor (Arabkir adm. district).

Question 2. At least how many natural or legal persons are needed to establish a public organization?

According to Article 10, Part 3 of the RA Law "On Public Organizations", a public organization can be founded by at least two persons: a natural person and/or a legal entity.
